One of the main principles of ECCI operations as a site management organisation is ensuring high quality of clinical trials conducted by our members.

ECCI has developed centralised standard operating procedures that are endorsed (with local adaptation) by all member investigative sites. Centralised QA and QC processes and internal audit procedures are designed to ensure high standards of operations across the ECCI membership.

In Eastern Europe, ECCI encourages its members to set up local ethical committees and helps to design SOP for their operations.
